I have purchased a dress to wear to a wedding and it was supposed to arrive a few days before the event. It never came on time, in fact it was delivered almost a week later.
The dress I have purchased looked nothing like the pictures on the website. The color was much darker and it was significantly oversized. The quality of the item was absolutely terrible. The seams were crooked and the threads were sticking out everywhere. The bottom of the dress is noticeably uneven ( it is about 2 inches longer on the left side) and the collar awkwardly protrudes in the back.
They do not issue refunds and only offer store credit. I am not excited to purchase anything from them again considering the poor quality of the item received. Moreover, they charge for shipping if you wish to return or exchange. Their return policy is mentioned somewhere in the fine print so they can blame customers for not reading carefully.
I was surprised to see all the great reviews for the item I've purchased. I have left a one star review and photos on their website but it was never posted. I guess they are selective with what reviews are posted, which explains why such an atrocious and poor quality item has so many good ones.
SAVE YOUR MONEY, DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!!

Do NOT order from this boutique!!! Waited WEEKS for my order....yes, WEEKS....and still NO order!!! Even got an email telling me the order was delivered, which was a complete and total LIE! STILL waiting and had to scramble to find a new outfit to wear the day of. After sending 4 emails, I finally got a response. The customer service rep was absolutely NO help. Save your money and heartache, buy from a more reputable boutique!! Bella Ella is train wreck!!

I love this place! Such great customer service (Kara @ the University Mall location) the best help, she gave me her honest opinion, and I left satisfied!

Never ordered online before...took a chance with this dress and it did not disappoint!!! Perfect fit, perfect color! I felt like a million bucks in it.

I love the length, color, and style of the dress I ordered. Wore it to a wedding and received several compliments. My only complaint is that the smocked bust was too loose, but still looked OK. I would purchase it again.

Shady business practices. Currently in dispute with paypal & filed complaint with BBB. I had placed an order for an item, but after seeing all the negative reviews and seeing that they do not allow refunds once an order has shipped (only store credit), I contacted the shop to cancel my order. The shop refuses to refund me even though my order has never shipped. Untrustworthy in every sense not to allow refunds especially since an item hasn't even been shipped and is sitting at their shop. Greedy and will take your money. Run the other way! Plenty of other good, honest local businesses to support. Take your money elsewhere.

Great store. Loved everything I've ordered from here. They only give store credit but that's not a problem since there's always something else I want!

If I can give 0 stars I would. I bought several shirts my first order and everything is ridiculously oversized, one of the shirts looked like it was at least 4 times bigger and I’m a usual large-XL depending on where I shop. They have no exchange process. When I called in I got to choose two choices. either return all items and wait for them to give you STORE CREDIT or buy all items and return old ones which did not make sense considering he never offered a refund. Oh and by the way you pay shipping. One of my shirts had lots of thread coming out of the seams. And whoever Trevor is with customer service was HORRIBLE! I got hung up on by him twice as I’m only trying to figure what I’m gonna now do with several shirts way to big as Trevor with customer service hangs up on you. Do not recommend!!

Sent my item to the wrong address and said it was not their responsibility accusing me of giving the wrong address and then stopped responding once I showed a screen shot proving I have the correct address. Horrible customer service don’t shop here.

Terrible!!! They do not give you your money back!!! Don’t shop here!!!! Return policy is bad!!!
